Positive decision for Alina Ukraine Extension Scheme

Client’s situation

Alina is from Ukraine and she entered the UK on 15 March 2022 through the Newhaven port. And she applied for the Ukraine Extension scheme 2 times – in April 2022 and in August 2022. Alina could not receive any positive decision for both applications and her latest application was voided due to unknown reasons.

Alina came to me on 05 July 2023 and explained all her story. She was so upset that cannot get the positive decision and did not receive the Ukrainian BRP card.

Solution and result

I have made the right Application for Ukraine Extension scheme on 07 July 2023 and on 24 July 2023 she has received the positive decision and within 1 week period of time she has received her BRP card.  Nowadays she is travelling out and in the UK without any problem.
