Success Story: UK Charity Worker Visa Granted with Client Satisfaction at the Core

A client from Kazakhstan contacted our company. We conducted a consultation, which revealed that the main purpose of the trip to the UK is resettlement.
🇰🇿Ainur is a single mother. She has her own commercial real estate rental business in Kazakhstan, and she has a fairly good income. Accordingly, she has sufficient financial condition to rent a house in the UK on her own and provide for daily living expenses.
Ainur also wants to move her children to the UK. She has three children aged 10, 12 and 14 who live and study in Almaty. Ainur will bring her children to the country after she arrives to the UK and settles down, starts working for a charity organization.
Taking into account Ainur’s situation, moving to the UK is not an easy task. But we wrote an immigration plan for her.
Ainur is eligible for a Charity Worker Visa. With this visa, she can stay in the UK for 12 months and then extend the visa for another 12 months.
We organized a Sponsorship License from the Charity Organization for Ainur, in which she will have to work 20 hours a week. In her free time, she will be able to settle in the country, find an employer or develop her business, study English, or study at the university.
We applied for Ainur’s Charity Worker Visa of on February 28, 2024, and she received a visa on March 8, 2024.
In the future, after the end of 2 years, Ainur will be able to apply for other kinds of visas such as:
- Skilled Worker
- Global Talent
- Innovator
And after 5 years of living in the UK, she will be able to apply for British citizenship.
I thank Ainur for contacting me and I am glad that I can help with such an important immigration issue.
