Visitor Visa for courses in England

Visitor Visa for courses in England by BS immagration

Murat is a young man from Kazakhstan. He called to us in order to go to English language courses in the UK.

Course selection

First of all, we listened to Murat’s preferences and connected our education specialist in the UK to the work. Natalia picked up a school in Cambridge and an intensive 3-month course in English.

We applied to the school, and it sent an official invitation letter to to Murat.

But this is not enough to get a UK Visit Visa: you need to book and pay for a place of living and confirm your finances.

Place of living:

In England, the place of living is called accommodation. And there is such an old English practice – to better consolidate the knowledge of the language, the student is placed in the family.

So, the Cambridge school found Murat an English-speaking family not far from his place of study. Murat received confirmation letter from the school about his accommodation during his studies.

Finances confirmation:

Our client works in the oil sector, and was able to provide a certificate from his place of work stating that he is given unpaid leave of up to 6 months to study English courses and keep his workplace until he returns. He also showed that he has enough money in his bank account to support himself for 6 months during his studies.

UK Visit Visa

With all these documents, we applied for his Visitor Visa for up to 6 months.

Charity Worker Up To 2Y by BS immagration

Oksana, a young woman from Russia, contacted us. She applied for asylum through a charity organization. However, she was NOT allowed to work in the ARC – Application Registration Card.

The ARC card is issued to all applicants for asylum in the UK for up to 2 years while the case is being considered. They are called Asylum Seekers in the UK. They can get a work permit with an ARC card, depending on how they applied for asylum:

• after which type of visa they were applied for,
• what were the conditions of that visa at the time of application,
• whether the visa was expired or not.
