UK Visitor Visa for a Russian citizen after one refusal
Russian citizen contacted us with a request to apply for a UK Visitor Visa a couple of months ago. Let’s talk about the difficult situation that he had.
The man has been living and working in Vietnam for several years. He receives a legal income, and his employer is located in the UK. At the beginning of this year his employer invited him on a business trip to the UK.
We have made an application for a UK Visitor Visa on January 19, 2024, but it was refused on February 24, 2024 after that.
After clearly investigation of refusal, we prepared a letter with connection of Appendix Visitor paragraphs 4.2.- 4.6 and sent it to the UK Home Office on February 29, 2024.
What do you think the result was?
On March 27, 2024, we received a positive decision from the Home Office!
The man received a UK Visitor Visa for a period of 2 years.
The man was called to the Visa Application Center in Vietnam and got the visa into his passport.
