Volunteer Visa – Now the Children Have Received Their Visas!

Leila and Askar, after successfully obtaining their volunteer visas, as we mentioned in the previous post, decided to bring their daughters to the UK. We helped them with this, and the entire process went very quickly!
How did it go?
On September 5, we submitted all the necessary documents for the children as dependents. The very next day, on September 6, the girls submitted their biometric data at the TLS office in Almaty. A decision was made on September 9, and by September 11, we received an electronic notification from the Home Office. Exactly a week from the start of the process, on September 12, Leila and Askar collected the girls’ passports with visas.
Which documents played a key role:
1.A letter from Askar’s workplace confirming his right to work full-time.
2.A bank statement showing regular salary deposits.
3.A rental agreement confirming that the family rents and pays for accommodation.
4.A letter with photos from a charity organization confirming Leila’s volunteer work.
What was the deciding factor?
It’s worth noting that Leila and Askar were able to obtain their visas quickly because they had previously visited the UK on a Tier 5 visa and left the country on time, without violating visa conditions. Another deciding factor was that all the documents for the family were submitted carefully to the Home Office, with no omissions or inaccuracies.
Our advice: The key to obtaining visas for Askar and his family in the UK is the right approach and correct documentation!
We shared with you how Askar, Leila, and their children went through this process together with us!
