Our advisers will analyze your situation and recommend an appropriate type of visa, make a plan for your immigration from preparing documents to obtaining a visa and citizenship, answer your questions about: getting a job, opening a business, getting an education, public funds services, medicine, pensions, taxation, etc.
Why is a client consultation so important?
You will receive information on the following issues:

Gathering data
During the consultation, we take basic personal data from the client:
- first name, surname, patronymic
- year of birth, age
- profession
- place of residence
- a citizen of which country
- purpose of the visit
- purpose of immigration
We should clearly understand the reason “Why a person wants to come to the UK?”
Selecting your visa type
After clarifying the goals, we offer a suitable visa. Depending on your situation, we can recommend:
- If you are going to register a marriage, then you will need a Bride or a Groom visa.
In certain cases, you may need a Family visa or a Business visa
- If you are going to run a business in the UK, then you will need one of the visas (it depends on your goals): Innovator Founder Visa, Expansion Worker, Skilled Worker Visa and others.
- If you are going to study in the UK, then you will need one of the visas: Student Visa General Tier 4 or Short-term Student visa for English courses up to 11 months.
After we have found out what kind of visa you need, we will suggest 2-3 types of visa for you. So you can think and choose which one will suit you better. For example, a Global Talent Visa will be appropriate for someone. The next step, you should precisely determine the visa type.
Furthermore, we consult you on the following issues:
- How long it will take to apply for a visa?
- What documents are needed?
- What financial requirements are needed?
- How to collect documents?
- Requirements for documents and so on.
In case of applying for British citizenship, residence permit, permanent residence
If you are a citizen of the European Union
We specify on the consultation:
- How did you come to the territory of the UK?
- What are your goals?
- Did you come before or after 2020?
- Do you have any relatives or a kind of relationship in the UK in order to obtain a residence permit?
If you are in the UK, but you are not an EU citizen
We figure out on the consultation:
- What kind of visa did you use to come to the UK?
- When does your visa expire?
- Is it possible in your case to switch to another types of visas?
- Can you switch visa within the country or you need to travel to your country and apply from there?
If you are a citizen of the British Commonwealth Countries
During a consultation we find out:
- What visa do you have in the UK?
- Do you need to switch your visa to a UK Ancestry Visa?
If you have been in the UK for 5 years using the UK Ancestry visa, then you can get the right to settle in the UK, and after another 12 months you can apply for Naturalization Citizenship as a British citizen.

Consultation
We have two types of consultations:
1. 15-minute consultation
The 15-minute consultation is a kind of screening, where we clarify your data, if visa is needed/not needed, and the purpose of your visit.
2. 45-minute consultation
If a person needs a more detailed consultation, then it is recommended to take a consultation for 45 minutes. Basically a 45-minute consultation is required in case of Business visas such as Innovator Founder and Global Talent because it is impossible to discuss all the issues in 15 minutes.
Especially the additional consultations are necessary to assess opportunities for:
- Global Talent visas
- Skilled Worker visas
- If a company needs to issue a sponsorship license
