Payments
The payment for visa processing is divided into payments for BS Immigration services, state duties to the Home Office, the TLS visa application center fee and the IHS fee (Immigration Health Surcharge). See more details below.
When a client pays for our services, the money is credited to the account of our company BS Immigration:
- The consultation can be paid directly on this website or by an invoice issued by BS Immigration
- All our other services are paid according to the invoice issued
The invoice is compiled by our accounting department according to all the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) of the UK. The invoice contains all the necessary details of our company and the purpose of the payment order.
Payment for BS Immigration services
First of all, the client receives a consultation. Then, if the client decides that he will use the services of our company, then we sign a Service Agreement with him, under which he makes a payment.
100% payment is charged for visa processing services for all types of visas.
If we apply for a Global Talent Visa, the prepayment is 50%.
Payment of state duties in the Home Office
After the client pays 100% payment for BS Immigration services, we officially start our working process:
- We request all necessary documents from the client.
- We begin document preparation for a visa application.
To prepare the documents, the client and BS Immigration sign a certain letter “Client Care letter”, which allows our company to receive officially the legal instructions from the client. We describe all the instructions we receive from the client in this letter.
For example, a client needs a Spouse visa:
- In the “Attendance letter” we prescribe which visa is needed and what are the main conclusions.
- We sign papers “Client Care Letter” with a detailed instruction.
- We request from the client all the necessary documents according to the requirements of certain visas.
- After receiving the documents and the payment from the client, we begin processing the visa.
The Home Office commission is paid by the client directly to the Home Office. The client does not pay us any commission from the Home Office.
Our company is interested in bringing the client to a successful result. So, when our advocate issues a visa application form, we warn the client when it will be necessary to pay visa fees to the Home Office. We call the client and send him a link by which the client should pay all the necessary commissions of Home Office, such as:
- Visa fee
- HIS or “Immigration Health Surcharge” fee – if the visa is more than 6 months.
Further, when we schedule a visit to the TLS visa application center, we also send a link to the client, according to which the client pays a certain amount of £55-60, depending on the requirements of the TLS center.
All Home Office payments are paid at the time of filling out the questionnaire and completing the application form.
